Competition season is approaching, and this is the time to commit to serious training. Our Advanced Performance Training class is built for athletes who want more than just a workout. This class runs approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours, allowing time for advanced programming, in-depth skill development, and conditioning designed to prepare you for competition season.
Consistency and commitment are essential. If you are ready to perform at a higher level, this program is where your journey begins.

Why This Class is Different
Most classes run on a standard 60-minute format, but competition prep requires more. With a longer class structure, athletes are able to dive deeper into technical progressions, advanced strength training, and accessory work that often gets left out in shorter sessions. This extended time format allows you to improve skill, power, and conditioning without shortcuts.
Our goal is to make sure you are not just fit but truly competition ready for upcoming events like the CF Open, WZA, and the 2026 Games season.
What You Will Be Working On
This is not your average workout. Expect a structured program that balances strength, gymnastics, and conditioning:
Gymnastics Progressions: Handstand push ups, handstand walks, and handstand obstacle drills.
Olympic Weightlifting: Technique work on clean and jerk, snatch, and barbell cycling to improve efficiency and power output.
Powerlifting: Core strength development with deadlifts, front squats, and bench press.
Conditioning: Longer metcons and competition-style workouts to build stamina and pacing.
Accessory Training: Targeted tricep, bicep, and localized muscle work to address weaknesses and prevent imbalances.
Nothing is left out. Every area that contributes to performance will be trained with focus and progression.
Who This Class is For
This program is designed for athletes preparing for competition. Whether you are entering your first competitive season or pushing for RX Masters or team competitions, this training is structured to raise your game.
Athletes should be comfortable with fundamental CF movements and have a baseline of skills, including:
The ability to perform pull ups and double unders.
Familiarity with benchmark workouts such as Fran and Grace.
A willingness to commit to longer, higher volume sessions multiple times per week.
If you meet these standards, you will find yourself progressing toward higher-level competition readiness.
Tips for Getting Competition Ready
Train Smarter Focus on quality work, structured programming, and recovery protocols.
Dial in Recovery Prioritize sleep, nutrition, and mobility. The demands of competition prep require your body to be fully supported outside of training.
Practice Competition Settings Perform workouts under time caps, practice transitions, and learn how to pace effectively.
Stay Consistent Small improvements compound over time. The athletes who succeed are those who stay committed to showing up.
